Veletaris Assault Troopers are the elite of the Auxilia Solar, trusted with the most powerful weapons and undertaking the most arduous missions. Used as shock troops, their discipline and firepower can overwhelm even the fiercest foes in a storm of concentrated heat rays. Other commanders use the Veletarii as a skilled and determined reserve, able to react quickly to enemy breakthroughs and bolster faltering defenses, or as an axe-wielding honor guard for senior Auxilia Solar officers.

From this multi-part plastic kit you can build a Veletari Assault Squad of 10 Veletarii, elite shock troops of the Auxilia Solar wearing reinforced space armour. These soldiers can be equipped with devastating Volkite energy rifles to obliterate their targets with heat rays, or two-handed assault axes to slice cleanly through the toughest of enemies. You can swap out arm and weapon poses for both weapon types, providing plenty of visual variety as your cohort grows.

This kit also includes commando gear for assault troops, with a proud Auxilia vexillum, vox circuit and a Veletarii Primus with decorated helmet, alternative breastplate and many additional weapons - a power fist, power sword, charnabaltabar or ceremonial blade, plus a blaster pistol, needle gun, plasma pistol or flame pistol.

This kit is supplied as 184 plastic components, 10x Citadel 25mm Round bases and an Auxilia Solar Infantry Transfer Sheet containing 152 high quality decals. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
