The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually ready for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Australia

Standard Secured Shipping takes 2 to 14 business days for delivery.

Express Secured Shipping takes 0 to 6 business days for delivery.

Local Shipping takes 0 to 14 business days for delivery. 

New Zealand

Standard Secured Shipping takes 4 to 18 business days for delivery.

Express Secured Shipping takes 2 to 10 business days for delivery.

Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe

Standard Secured Shipping takes (10-28 working days)

Rest of the world

Standard Secured Shipping takes (14-30 working days)

At Aussie Hobbies, we care about reducing our carbon footprint. To help minimise waste, we often reuse boxes and packaging materials when sending out online orders. Rest assured, while the box may not always look brand new, your items inside will always be securely packed and protected.

By reusing cartons and materials wherever possible, we’re doing our bit for the environment — and we thank you for supporting us in this effort.

Important Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we cannot send aerosol cans, model engines, or other flammable or hazardous items via Express Post due to carrier safety regulations. These items can only be shipped via Standard Post.

If your order includes any of these restricted items and Express Shipping is selected at checkout, we will automatically adjust the shipping method to Standard and refund the difference in cost where applicable.

Changes Request
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check your details are correct to avoid disappointment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A quote may be required for orders that exceed 10KG, have excessive dimensions, are being delivered to rural areas or have been listed with incorrect weights/dimensions.
