Refund and Returns Policy

At Aussie Hobbies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy before contacting us.


Trading Card Product Disclaimer & Returns Policy

Please note that we do not advertise or guarantee the sale of sealed cartons or factory-sealed cases.

All trading card products are sold as individual booster packs or booster displays. While you may order quantities equivalent to a full carton or box, we cannot guarantee that these will be supplied as a sealed carton or factory-sealed case.

However, all individual packs and booster displays supplied will be factory sealed and untampered with.

No Returns on Trading Cards

Due to the collectible and randomised nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any trading card items. This includes (but is not limited to) booster packs, booster boxes/displays, starter decks, bundles, and trading card accessories.

This policy is in place to prevent tampering, pack searching, or product manipulation.

Please choose carefully before purchasing, as all trading card sales are final.


Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund


Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, including:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Original packaging

  • All parts and accessories included

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns may be refused if items are returned damaged, used, or incomplete.


Refund Assessment

All returns are assessed once the item has been received and inspected.

Aussie Hobbies reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Technical Issues or Faulty Products

If you believe your item has a technical fault, please contact us before returning it.

Please include:

  • Your order number or purchase receipt

  • A description of the issue

  • A video showing the fault

In the video, please demonstrate:

  1. The product before use

  2. The steps taken to operate the item

  3. The fault occurring

Our technical team will review the information and advise the next steps.


Warranty

Warranty will be void if the product has been:

  • Modified

  • Tampered with

  • Disassembled

  • Damaged due to misuse or excessive force

If the issue is determined to be caused by misuse or accidental damage, repair or replacement may not be covered under warranty and associated costs may apply.
