Collecting Your Order
When collecting, please bring:
- Photo ID (driver license, passport, etc.)
- Your order collection email (digital copy is fine)
To protect our customers, the name on your ID must match the name on the order. If they don't match, we'll need to cancel and refund the order for security reasons.
