Italeri Spitfire MK.VB 1:72 Plastic Model Kit

Introduced to the Royal Air Force in 1941, the Spitfire Mk. V replaced the Mk. I that had been the backbone of the Battle of Britain. Used extensively across all theatres of WWII, its exceptional manoeuvrability and ruggedness allowed it to hold its own against more modern enemy aircraft. The North African-variant featured distinctive anti-sand filters fitted to the main air intake for operating from improvised desert airfields.
