CURRENCY & PAYMENT POLICY

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. All prices include 10% GST. We accept Cash (instore only), Bank Deposit, VISA, Master and AMEX Cards (instore or over the phone only), Paypal or Money Orders. All payments to be made in Australian Dollars.

DELIVERY POLICY

We currently only ship to Australian addresses. We will cancel any order that has a shipping address outside Australia, or where the shipping address is incomplete. Most items will be sent using Australia Post eParcel with Tracking, a signature will be required for delivery. Some large items sent within Brisbane may be sent using Fastway Couriers. We do not offer Express Postage. We endeavour to ship within 72 hours of your payment being cleared.

NON-SHIPPABLE ITEMS

Some items shown on our website cannot be shipped and are only available for local pickup. This includes Model Engine Fuel, Model Rocket Engines and Paint & Thinners in large quantities. In you have included any non-shippable items in your order and are not able to come to the store, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received or found them unsuitable for your application, we will organise a refund within 3 months, so long as the products are returned to us unused and in a saleable condition. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Commencing assembly of a model kit (including opening inner bags), mounting, fitting, soldering or modification of radios, servos, motors, speed controllers and other accessories, breaking the seals on paints, glues etc, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you find your items are damaged, incomplete or fails to operate as expected please contact us right away on (07) 32556626. We may ask you to return the item to us for repair/replacement or refund, depending on the item and our suppliers policy.

RESPONSIBILTY & SUITABILITY FOR USE

We cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model.  The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. If you substitute or replace normal kit hardware and/or radio components with after-market accessories, we cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications.  This includes all other products sold by us.

WEBSITE ERRORS

Although we try to ensure the accuracy of the information on our web site, the site may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or just plain nonsense. We make no representations about the suitability of the information presented on this site. All information is provided without warranty of any kind.

PRICING ERRORS

If we have listed a product at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.  Any monies paid will be refunded.

STOCK QUANTITY ERRORS

Unlike many online retailers, who ‘drop ship’ or have ‘virtual inventory’, we have every product listed on the website in stock and available for immediate delivery. In the rare event we have made an error and are out of stock of an item we will inform you. In some cases we may be able to obtain the stock within a few days, if we are not able to get the stock within 48 hours we will refund any monies paid.

ORDERING ITEMS & PARTS

Currently we are not set up to take orders for items or parts except for local (ie walk-in) customers. If you can’t find the item on our website then we probably don’t have it in stock – Sorry!
