Unlike many online retailers, who ‘drop ship’ or have ‘virtual inventory’, we have every product listed on the website in stock and available for immediate delivery. As we have nearly 3000 items listed the website is updated twice daily. In the rare event we have made an error and are out of stock of an item we will inform you. if we are not able to get the stock within 48 hours we will refund any monies paid.

We are located in Australia and most items are sent using Australia Post eParcel from Brisbane, Australia! We ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. 

If you are thinking of buying something from the store, you can make a purchase online now and pay with our secure credit card facilities, bank deposit, paypal or you can ring our shop and pay by credit card over the phone ( 07) 3255 6626. We have credit card/EFT facilities in the shop.
